We turn down more cars than we take
Every car is inspected before it is listed — bodywork, paint depth, service record, and a road test. Most of what we look at never reaches the showroom, which is why there are twelve cars here and not two hundred.
The file comes before the pitch
Mileage, ownership, accident history and what we repaired ourselves. You get all of it in writing, and the photographs on this site are of the actual car — not a press shot of the same model in a better colour.
One consultant, start to finish
Whoever shows you the car handles the paperwork and hands you the keys. You will not be passed to a finance desk or asked to repeat yourself to someone new.
